Tru Bru Organic Coffee offers the best organic coffee we can get our hands on. We source green coffee directly from the farmer and have it shipped right to our store in Orange, CA. There, we roast the coffee to order on our fluid bed roaster in less than 5 minutes. All the coffee we serve and use is roasted fresh that day, quite possibly making it the freshest coffee in SoCal.

To accompany our fresh and delicious coffee, we offer a full breakfast and lunch menu catered around fresh and seasonal ingredients. As well as a wide variety of in house prepared pastries, including vegan, gluten free, and 100% organic options. All of which can be warmed within minutes on our open oven while you wait by the fireplace.

See you soon!

  1. You have a great restaurant NATIVE FOOD and a Coffee House, please check out GAUFREE in Irvine http://www.gaufree.com FREE of GMO grass fed burgers, gluten FREE waffles, FREE range chicken, Organic salads, event the ketchup is homemade!!!

  2. For anyone that doesn’t want to eat genetically modified food or support Monsanto’s business model of owning all biological life as we know it through intellectual property rights of DNA, you might want to think twice about eating at Native Foods. If you e-mail Native Food’s corporate office they say only their corn and soy are non-GMO. As long as you stay away from meat at Chipotle, they do a much better job of being non-GMO. Luckily here in Southern California we have lots of other choices for non-GMO.
